This project reimagines an underutilized garage as a central living space, allowing for the expansion of the kitchen while introducing a dedicated office and defined dining area.

By relocating the kitchen into the former garage footprint, we were able to create a more spacious and functional layout that seamlessly connects to a new dining area. The adjacent portion of the garage was transformed into a private office, supporting both productivity and daily living.

The interior palette was intentionally kept neutral within the architectural envelope and kitchen finishes, allowing the client’s personal art collection to guide the direction of color, texture, and expression throughout the space.

An emphasis was placed on thoughtful material selection and lighting, incorporating sustainable elements such as a bamboo dining set and responsibly sourced decorative fixtures. The result is a balanced environment where art, function, and longevity coexi
